As a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer® (CSEP-CPT), with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Algonquin College, and over a decade of training experience, I have the education, knowledge, and passion to help clients reach their goals safely and efficiently.
One of my most important values is to adapt to the unique needs, abilities, and interests of a wide variety of clientele. I teach the importance of quality movement and holistic fitness every day.
My life-long fascination with the functioning of the human body has led me to learn from some of the smartest minds in the field of fitness and health research. I’m always curious to learn how I can improve my approaches and techniques to help my clients reach even greater levels of fitness and health.
