  • Virtual Personal Training

    One free consultation, followed by a fitness assessment and as many weekly virtual personal training sessions as you want (2-4 per week is best for faster results).

    Virtual training is the most popular, cost-effective, convenient, and flexible option that can suit any schedule — if you work remotely, travel for business, are a single parent, or just want to avoid travel time required to get to the gym!

  • In-Home Personal Training

    In-home personal training is available in the Ottawa area (within 20 min from my home).

    This is a great option for clients who prefer the vibe of in-person training or those who require close spotting for safety.

    Equipment can also be brought to the home, depending on client needs.

FITNESS MODALITIES

  • Kettlebell (the single most beneficial, economical, and compact tool for most people)

  • Dumbbells (full body and isolation)

  • Sandbag (great for core and functional strength)

  • Steel Club, Mace, and Fancy/Indian Club Swinging

  • Bodyweight fitness

    • Dynamic Drills - Strength, Cardio and Coordination 

    • Isolation strength for health: balance, feet and ankles, core work, scapular control, rotator cuff endurance, grip and hand strength, neck and posture etc.

    • Calisthenics (pull-ups, pushups, dips, L sits, etc.)

  • Mobility: passive stretches, strong mobility, yoga poses, CARs, self MFR techniques, and foam rolling 

  • Stationary bike cardio expertise (Zones 2-5)

  • Resistance bands- for strength endurance and mobility

  • Barbell Strength (squat, deadlift, bench press, bent over rows, shoulder press, etc.) - only if space and budget allows
