I’ve been working out with Renny for over 5 years. I love his gentle encouraging approach. He meets me where I’m at and adapts exercises easily to my injuries/pains.  He was great modifying exercises during my pregnancy and postpartum. I love being virtual- keeps our sessions low barrier and no travel time to factor in! As a physician and a mom time is always in short supply,  but with Renny I get my hour of “me time” then can hop quickly back into my family activities/work for the day.
